Oil pastel (also called wax oil crayon) is a painting and drawing medium with characteristics similar to pastels and wax crayons. Unlike "soft" or "Japanese" pastel sticks, which are made with a gum or methyl cellulose binder, oil pastels consist of pigment mixed with a non-drying oil and wax binder.

What is Zentangle?

The Zentangle Method is an easy-to-learn, relaxing, and fun way to 

create beautiful images by drawing structured patterns. We call these

 patterns, tangles. You create tangles with combinations of dots, lines,

 simple curves, S-curves and orbs. These simple shapes are the "Elemental Strokes" 

in all Zentangle art.

What Is A Water Colour Painting?

 When we draw a Zen-doodle, we're creating a work of art, but we're also deliberately creating a mood, focus, and state of mind. 

The OWL I drew is inspired from this art philosophy.

What is 3D Origami ?

Golden Venture Folding (also called as Paper Folding or 3D Origami) is a type of modular origami. 

Here, paper is folded into a simple triangular unit. 

Hundreds of these units are inserted into one another to create elaborate sculptures.

I used nearly 300 origami units to create this fish.
